CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly innovative and expanding company operating in the iGaming Sector, we are seeking to recruit a PSP Analyst to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for amongst other key tasks; researching new payment providers, negotiating contracts with payment providers and assisting with new payment providers onboarding. Fluency in English and 2+ years’ experience in a similar role is essential. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Analysing on a daily basis approval rates of all payment methods and monitoring account balances.
• Utilization of payments systems to optimise deposit conversion percentages.
• Reviewing issues identified and reporting to relevant technical teams.
• Assisting teams with relevant information on decline reasons and alternative methods.
• Research, contract negotiations and onboard new payment providers.
• Performing settlement calculations.
• Coordinate new implementations needed to meet Compliance and Regulatory requirements.

 
Key Skills/Experience: 

• Higher education will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent English speaker with high written/verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in a similar position.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Gaming background will be considered as an advantage.
• Eligible to work freely in Cyprus (No Work Permits).
