Job Description
Our client, a limassol based investment firm, is looking for a Remuneration Officer to join their growing team. The right candidate will have at least 2 years experience in an investment firm along with knowledge of  MiFID.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring the remuneration levels of CIF employees
• Reviewing and analysing the remuneration schemes provided by the company from time to time
• Assessing whether remuneration levels are in line with the relevant legislation
• Assisting the compliance department on drafting/amending the remuneration policies and procedures
• Attending remuneration committee meetings and submitting proposals for improvement
• Conducting internal remuneration audits to ensure compliance

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in investment firm
• Knowledge of MiFID
• Fluent in English language
• Excellent skills in document and process formation
• Additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Strong self-starter personality with initiative and the ability to commence and conclude issues from inception to completion
• Proficient in MS Office)
