InvertiScape Holdings Ltd are seeking to recruit a Customer Support/Complaints representative to join their offices in Limassol.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
• Resolves product related issues
• Resolves complaints by customers
• Works closely with the Compliance team
• Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues
• Negotiate with customers

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish verbal and written is a must
• Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
• Financial markets background will be considered as an advantage
