IronFX is a leading global online broker specialising in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010.  On behalf of IronFX, we are looking to hire a dynamic individual to assume the role of Account Manager (French/ Spanish speaking).

Job Description:

• Promote the company’s financial products and services
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs
• Contact clients via phone & provide the highest level of service
• Assist clients with the company's trading systems
• Keep up to date with the financial markets and communicate these to clients
• Follow the company’s compliance policies and procedures with regards to processing client documentation and other relative matters

Person Specification:

• Sales experience within the FX/ financial / binaries sector
• Business fluency in French/ Spanish is a must, both verbal and written
• A diploma degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or a related field will be considered an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Word/ Excel)
• Dynamic, innovative and target driven
• Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment
