Parimatch Tech is an international product holding company that develops technology and marketing solutions for the gaming and entertainment industry and secures global expansion for the Parimatch brand. We are looking to recruit for the Offices in Limassol a Compliance Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare expert advice on specific and complex online betting compliance matters in countries of interest, drafting of regulatory analyses and risk assessments
• Taking the lead as Project Manager for regulatory projects from beginning to end
• Producing simple and actionable interpretations of the rules applicable for each business unit
• Preparing regulatory, licensing and compliance documents
• Developing and maintaining relationships with national and international regulatory authorities
• Work collaboratively with other departments to identify opportunities for improving compliance across the Company and support their implementation where appropriate
• Assist in the development of ethical compliant business practices and supporting the implementation of compliance projects and training initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business management is a plus
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English. Ukrainian/Russian is a plus
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a legal, project management or compliance role
• Strong common sense, good problem solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Ability to work on various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Background in online betting will be considered an advantageUnderstanding of the main legislative and regulatory frameworks, such as AML/CFT, Data Protection, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
