CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long established and highly respected provider of Professional Services to both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit an HR Administrator to join their expanding team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will ideally hold an academic background relating to Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and possess previous, demonstrable experience within an HR Administration role. You will be fluent in both Greek and English (Written & Spoken) and be comfortable dealing with sensitive confidential and personal information. 

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Carrying out recruitment, on-boarding and induction processes.
  • Working closely with management and team leaders to understand their strategic objectives and hiring need and define source strategy.
  • Maintaining HR related documents, contracts, archives, and personnel records.
  • Handling employees’ HR requests and queries (annual leaves, sickness records, etc).
  • Providing payroll information to the relevant department.
  • Arranging or organising training / continuous education.
  • Contributing in the appraisal/evaluation cycle and personnel training schemes.
  • Contributing to policies for the promotion of job satisfaction and appreciation of Firm ethos, including event organisation.
  • Creating and issuing guidelines about company policies.
  • Generating HR reports and supporting documentation as required by the Management.
  • Assisting in HR and Administration tasks related to the Firm day-to-day operation and projects.
  • Assist with general office administration and management (such as sourcing supplies, dealing with suppliers including competitive tenders on relevant aspects, housekeeping and related matters) as and when required.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree in Human Resources or other related field.
  • Experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant/Officer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of labour legislation.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Capability to handle confidential and personal information.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer literacy and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail and capable of working with minimum supervision
  • Ability to implement management aims to practical and effective solutions.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Greek & English (Written & Spoken).
