YogArtist Frozen Yogurt is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Store Supervisor in Larnaca.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the overall smooth operation of the store

• Oversees recruitment and training of new employees

• Ensures cleanliness, security and safety standards are maintained at all times.

• Maintains machines and store operating equipment

• Monitoring and placing orders in order to keep inventory and merchandise fully stocked

• Prepares the work schedule

• Completes store administration tasks and ensures compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
   

Core Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Very good command of English Language

• Maintaining the highest level of customer service

• Ability to act independently and effectively

• Customer service or cashier experience in required

• Previous experience in a similar role will be consider as an advantage 

Training will be provided.
