Position: Paralegal | Commercial Law  

Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC, member of the Deloitte Legal network, is expanding and seeking to recruit a dynamic and high calibre professional to join the Commercial Law team, as Paralegal, based at our Nicosia Office.

The Role

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, among others:

• Proofreading legal documents
• Assisting with the preparation of letters and simple documents as required (e.g. simple memos, notes, attendance notes, resolutions etc.)
• Assisting with internal procedures, including client onboarding, invoicing and debt collection
• Performing general administrative duties (including preparation of excel reports) and providing support to lawyers 

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Law or Languages or other related discipline
• Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of a language other than Greek and English will be considered an advantage
• Previous related or secretarial experience will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Motivated and willing to learn
