Job Description

HFMarkets is seeking a motivated business intelligence intern who is ready to work within an exciting, fast-paced, real-work environment. The intern will assist in analysing data and transforming them into valuable information, designing reports and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), OR relevant field
• Knowledge of SQL queries
• Exposure to any following BI technologies will be considered an advantage: Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio Data Tools, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS), Microsoft Power BI, OLAP technologies and Oracle BI (OBIEE)
• Analytical mind with problem-solving attitude with an attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly collaborative and team-minded, with the ability to provide creative insight to drive better outcomes for the business required
