For the position of the Android Developer you should have:

• software engineering mindset
• professional working ethic
• experience in testing your code
• experience with multiple programming paradigms
• well developed aesthetic sense
• independent personality 

Nice to have:

• experience with SIP protocol and other VoIP protocols
• experience with telemetry protocols like MQTT
• experience with Sketch
