CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected Bank with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Systems Analyst to join their expanding team based in Limassol. Prior experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage. Knowledge of SQL and XML is essential. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accountable to analyze business needs, along with representatives of business and operational departments, and translate those to system requirements.
• Participate in the design, implementation and testing of card payment processing systems functionalities to provide high-quality solutions for the business.
• Monitor the quality and compliance of systems development.
• Assist in the administration of the card payment processing system.
• Perform operations related to everyday Card Processing Center work.
• Supervise and support Clearing and Settlement operations.
• Provide user support, and incidents management to achieve a high level of reliability and efficiency of the card payment processing center applications performance.
• Create and maintain project documentation and technical manuals.
• Provide technical and operational trainings, as and when required.

Key Skills/Experience:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science/Engineering or in any other related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL and XML.
• Familiarity with card payment processing lifecycle and system/s will be considered as a plus.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP and Oracle database will be considered as a plus.
• Windows Server administration will also be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills by defining technology roadmaps clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Technical manual writing skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
