CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-known and highly respected Events Management and Marketing company, we are seeking to recruit an Event Production Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will possess an Event Production background with knowledge & experience in running complex events. Fluency in English is essential, Greek would be considered an advantage.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Managing & coordinating all suppliers.
  • Receiving quotations, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Management & control of event budget, inputting quotations & tracking payments.
  • Contractual agreements, placing orders & confirming details for all required items (ie: venue/legal/health & safety matters, general show build requirements, branding, printing orders, F&B, entertainment, staffing, parties, special requests from clients).
  • Managing & coordinating all pre, during and post event logistics (ie receiving/sending all orders, coordinating transportation, onsite management of all non client related events, suppliers and event staff, dismantlement & clean up management).
  • Working closely with the Sales, Production and Finance Departments for any requests.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

 

  • The ideal candidate will come from an Event Production background with knowledge & experience in running complex events.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail. 
  • Strong ability to negotiate and build relationships with key suppliers.
  • Time management skills & being able to stick to deadlines, build schedules and multi task. 
  • Creative mindset with ability to bring new ideas for the event.
  • Numbers oriented person with ability to come up with cost efficient solutions. 
  • A pro-active and energetic work attitude.
  • Ability to cope under pressure and efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Additional languages are an advantage, Greek is recommended.
  • Able to travel/work late nights if required.
  • You must be able to live and work freely in the EU.
