Prime Property Group is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Construction Manager for Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Reports to Project Manager
• Setting and keeping schedule in coordination with PM – Responsible for reviewing and monitoring construction works schedule. Ensure that construction works are on schedule.
• Takes corrective actions together with Project Manager. Assist with recovery schedule.
• Monitoring 2-Weeks Look Ahead Program
• Ensure that project is executed within the construction budget
• Deal with the working relationships that exist on the construction site
• Maintain database relative to construction costs that affect the construction budget
• Technical supervision – Solve technical issues
• Ensure conformity with H&S regulations
• Quality Control
• Follow up Procurement
• Monitor Shop-Drawings

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Master Degree in Construction Management will be considered as advantage
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in construction
• Demonstrated organizational skills and problem‐solving ability
• Experience in construction of large-scale projects
• Ability to access resources inside and outside of the company
• Ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well
• Manage resources efficiently
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Team player with leadership abilities
• Strong computer skills. (MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project)
