American Medical Center /American Heart Institute (AMC/AHI) is a state-of-the-art health care facility offering a wide range of medical services and collaborates with highly experienced and competent professionals.  Consistent with our strategy for striving for excellence, we are in the process to fortify our quality management department and are in search for a Quality Senior Associate.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to monitor all company quality systems, as an intergraded management system, as well as all necessary compliance systems based on national and international legislation for hospital management.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the Hospital’s quality procedures, standards, and specifications that are already in place and further develop and establish updated where needed.
  • Preparation of the hospital Quality Risk assessment, Identification of gaps, develop action plan under the guidance of hospital’s management and monitor compliance and reduction of quality hazard issues.
  • Reporting to the executive committee and hospital management regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality system as well as the needs for its improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree/Msc in a relevant discipline, management, quality, science.
  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years in the implementation and following up of ISO certifications.
  • Professional experience in a similar environment be considered as advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of computer skills.
  • Very good knowledge of both Greek and English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
