Key responsibilities:
- Organizing meetings and appointments
- Dealing with calls and queries
- Keeping up managers and sales agents with important upcoming meetings, tasks and deadlines
- Keeping meeting notes and notifying attendees
- General administrative duties
- Managing data bases and filing systems
- Communicating with new and existing clients
Experience/Skill Sets/Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Greek and English.Any other language is considered an advantage
- Previous experience in the real estate sales will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and data organization/interpretation skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
