Key responsibilities:

  • Organizing meetings and appointments
  • Dealing with calls and queries
  • Keeping up managers and sales agents with important upcoming meetings, tasks and deadlines
  • Keeping meeting notes and notifying attendees
  • General administrative duties
  • Managing data bases and filing systems
  • Communicating with new and existing clients 

Experience/Skill Sets/Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in Greek and English.Any other language is considered an advantage 
  • Previous experience in the real estate sales will be considered an advantage
  • Strong communication and data organization/interpretation skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
