The team 

A career in the Business Consulting department, will provide you with the opportunity to be part of a high calibre and dynamic team of Sustainability / Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) experts and a passionate wider community of Business Consulting solvers coming together in unexpected ways and providing a variety of tailor-made solutions to our clients. 

Main responsibilities 

• Participate in the delivery of projects that arise as a result of regulatory requirements in the area of Sustainability/ ESG and Climate Change.
• Participate in the delivery of projects in the areas of:
  • Sustainability/ ESG strategy including stakeholder engagement and materiality analysis
  • Sustainability/ ESG reporting KPI development based on reporting standards (GRI, SASB)
  • Climate related financial disclosures (TCFD)
  • Supply Chain due diligence
  • Impact measurement
  • Climate change Services, GHG data management reporting and verification
  • Circular economy and circular Business Model Transformation Implementation of Net Zero programs
  • Management System Development and implementation based on international standards (ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 etc.)

What we are looking for 

• A university degree in the areas of Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, or in a related field.
• Practical experience in the areas of Sustainability and ESG
• Training accreditation by the Cyprus Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA) will be considered an advantage.
• Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast paced dynamic environment, with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results
• Curious and innovative mindset easily adaptable to new challenges
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Ability to lead teams and coach more junior team members
• Confident, articulate and able to communicate in a clear and effective manner
