The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities and requirements:

§  Understands and applies the standards of the department’s strategy;

§  Understands and applies procedures of the department in accordance to the Company’s internal regulation;

§  Develops a customer service culture;

§  Ensure that clients orders are executed in accordance to the Company’s “Order Execution Policy”;

§  Ensures the proper performance of identity checks of clients (applicable when receiving orders by telephone);

§  Monitors executed transactions;

§  Monitor and check that the Company’s trading platform are updating and working well for both live and demo platforms;

§  Notify the Head of the department and/or senior management about any issue or problem via email or phone depending on the emergency of the problems;

§  Ensure to follow the company’s business continuity plan when there is no power supply or internet connection in order to ensure that the reception, transmission and execution of orders is done without interruptions or problems;

§  Must fully understand and apply the company’s Order Execution Policy;

§  Must fully understand and apply the company’s Terms and Conditions;

§  Must fully understand and apply the Department’s Reception, Transmission and Execution of Orders Manual;

§  Must be aware about upcoming holidays and inform the Liquidity Provider about the required changes that need to be done;

§  Must fully understand and apply the Company’s conflict of interest policy;

§  Receives and properly records client orders received by phone or email;

§  Monitor automated confirmations and reports sent via Company’s trading platform to clients after execution;

§  Monitor Clients Settlement of transactions via the Company’s trading platform;

§  Ensures that order parameters (price, quantity etc.) are those predetermined by the client;

§  Ensures that client orders are executed as per clients predetermined conditions;

§  Ensures that the electronic systems are working properly

§  Ensures that the Company’s Trading Platform/software (if applicable) is up to date and operational

§  Ensure that the Company’s Trading Platform/software provides up to date information on prices and news;

§  Maintain books and records (all orders and executed trades) for the department;

§  Research and prepare daily and weekly market analysis reports;

§  Ensure Market research and analysis reports are in compliance with the Company’s Risk Disclosure Policy and marketing information disclaimers.

§  Duties and responsibilities may from time to time change and be reasonably determined by the Board of Directors and/or Senior Management.

§  Fluent in EnglishCysec certificate – mandatory

§  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

§  Previous experience in the Forex and CFD 's industry will be considered an advantageUniversity DegreeMust be a team player with excellent communication skillsAttention to detail especially at times of pressure
