Prodly is a Silicon Valley based tech company funded by leading US VCs - Shasta Ventures and Norwest Venture Partners. The company provides DevOps change management solutions to Salesforce customers, expanding into other SaaS applications. Most of the team is based in the USA. We have set up our subsidiary in EU / Cyprus for R&D, EMEA business development, finance and operations.

As our European office is expanding we are looking for an experienced, decisive and curious Accountant to join our international fast-growing team. Working within both US and  Europe teams, you will help Prodly’s growth and success. As part of our diverse team, you’ll take part in  regular monthly processes, reporting and analytics, as well as in the implementation ofthe new accounting system.

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Accounting as an auditor or an accountant. Relevant experience in international auditing companies (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, or others) will be an advantage.
  • ACCA and/or CPA qualification completed or in process 
  • In-depth understanding of core financial processes and relevant systems
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and reporting standards & principles
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
  • Experience in process improvement and automation
  • Higher Education preferably in Economics or Finance
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company, ready to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and adapt to new situations
  • Good communication skills and no fear to challenge the status quo
  • Fluent English, Russian will be an advantage

What you will do:

  • Prepare accurate and timely accounting entries for the Prodly group of companies
  • Maintain a structured and comprehensive documentation system
  • Prepare monthly accounting reports
  • Cooperate on regular financial planning updates
  • Participate in the preparation of Board reporting packs and Investor presentations
  • Liaise with external auditors
  • Take part in the implementation of the global accounting system and data migration
