We are now expanding to Cyprus and we are looking to recruit for the Offices in Limassol an experienced Legal Counselor (Russian Speaking).

Main Responsibilities

• Drafting of different contracts including licensing agreements, agreements with payment systems, agreements on development of the software, marketing agreements, advertising agreements, sponsorship agreements etc.
• M&A and corporate
• Legal analysis of business operations and legislation of different countries
• Dealing with IP matters (registration, protection etc.)
• Assisting in immigration issues 

Qualifications

• Higher education;
• Experience in Corporate, Contracts, Business Development, consulting
• Fluent in Russian language 
• English upper int. 
• Experience with payment systems and banks in several countries
