InvertiScape Holdings Ltd are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly capable PSP & Financial Analyst to join our skilled PSP team. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the operation of the in-house PSP team by providing support with analysis of the data collected through the organization’s transactions with the PSPs. The position offers responsibilities in analysing and assessing financial trails and payment processing. In addition, you will be responsible for processing data from multiple sources and ensure that all payments are reconciled. As an Analyst, the position lends itself to a person happy to assist team members, pitch in when the needs arise and offer valuable knowledge gained through previous experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete daily and ad hoc reconciliation of all transactions
• Obtaining, transforming, and processing electronic product data files from vendors
• Perform research, reconciliation and resolution of all account discrepancies that originate from customer error, sales error, vendor issues, etc
• Analyse customer account issues to determine source causes to contribute to continuous process improvements
• Initiate changes that drive efficiencies while continuing a balanced relationship with all parties
• Download and process data from multiple sources
• Create reconciliation files in Excel using advanced functions
• Analyse the results of the reconciliation and following up with the relevant department regarding the unmatched transactions
• Reconcile payments received against statements from PSP
• Monitoring accuracy of fees deduction and rolling reserve from the PSP

PROFILE

• Degree holder in Economics/ Finance/ Business/ Statistics or any other relevant field
• At least 2- 3 years of experience in a Finance, Reconciliation, Back Office position or any other relevant field
• Solid Numeracy Skills
• Strong Problem-Solving Ability
• Previous experience in PSP, electronic payments is a must
• Fluency in English is a must
• Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent business written and verbal communications skills   
• Detail oriented, highly analytical and a perfectionist
