CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and expanding International Information Technology company with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Logistics Planning & Analytics Specialist (Russian-Speaking) to join their team. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 1+ years of previous experience in a similar role. Fluency in Russian and English is a must. 

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Overseeing goods (Apple products, furniture, shop equipment) and marketing materials stock and turnover, as well as orders and requests of the customers. Planning supplies and deliveries in order to ensure optimal cost and timing.
  • Creation of sales, purchase, and shipping documents in IRP system and in Excel: Purchase orders, Invoices, Shipping documentation, Credit Notes, correction of mistakes, following up on terms, reconciliations with accounting department.
  • Creation, amending and correction of articles and descriptions of goods and marketing materials in the Company’s IRP system.
  • Control for the timing of booking goods and marketing materials, informing the appropriate persons and departments on the dates of booking and terms of delivery.
  • Search in the system for IMEI numbers, order numbers and other information and forwarding to appropriate persons.
  • Daily creation of pre-alerts and mailing them to offices.
  • Weekly reporting.
  • Organizing and control of furniture deliveries from vendors to the final consumers.
  • Creation of quotations for compensation of customs and transportation expenses for the shipping of furniture and shop equipment.
  • Analysis of data and information, creation of different internal reports, developing suggestions for optimization of different parts of logistics workflow on the base of the results of analysis.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Previous experience with similar responsibilities for at least 1 year.
  • Diploma or qualification in logistics/shipping is an advantage.
  • Understanding of relevant international legislation and requirements to local and international sales/purchase/shipping documentation.
  • Computer literate, perfect command of MS Excel is a must.
  • Experience of work with IRP or CRM software or warehouse modules of accounting software is a must.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
  • Ability to work with big volumes of information, analyze, systematize, and formulate the results of analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, preciseness and accuracy.
