ICAP Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of its client, a leading international organization is looking to hire an administrator to join their growing team. 

Administrator

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to other functions of the Company (i.e., preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, reports, copies, scans, expense claims, KYC).

  • Keeping meeting minutes and circulating memos, policies or other information to employees.

  • Managing office correspondence (i.e., letters, packages etc.).

  • Tracking stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.

  • Ensuring efficient running of the office from an administrative side (office equipment and facilities are in good working condition).

  • Dealing with employee requests and assisting on their general enquiries.

  • Establishing and maintaining a solid relationship with the Company’s Vendors.

  • Organizing and maintaining an up to date filing system for office vendors contracts and key communications.

  • Assisting with the planning of corporate events.

  • Managing travel arrangements.

  • Occasional external administrative responsibilities.

  • Other related ad hoc tasks may arise from time to time.

 

Requirements 

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration/ Secretarial Studies or similar

  • 1 -3 years’ experience in a similar position. Recently qualified graduates with no previous experience will also be considered

  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently without supervision and at own initiative, as well as part of a team

  • Highly organized and disciplined approach to administration and record keeping

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality (professionalism, reliability)

  • High level of motivation and positive can-do attitude is a must

  • Excellent command of Greek and English language both written and spoken

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office programs in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
