CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Consultancy firm with a range of business activities including Import/Export, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Limassol. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2+ years’ relevant sales and business development experience, ideally from the FMCG, Trading or related sectors and speak an excellent level of English. Willingness to travel internationally for work assignments is a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Strategically plan and manage trading deals including logistics and transportation.
• Liaise and negotiate with clients and shipping agents.
• Keep track of quality standards, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Meet cost and timeliness targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Comply with laws and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Reviewing sales performance.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent Sales and Business Development skills; ideally with some International experience/exposure.
• 2+ years’ field experience in trading (preferrable background on FMCG goods).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel.
• Ability to travel Internationally at short notice.
