Our client, a boutique Corporate Service provider in Limassol is looking to hire a Russian speaking Corporate Administrator
You will be responsible for:
- CY, BVI, Seychelles, Marshall Iceland’s, Hong Kong, Singapore companies formation and administration
- Trusts and foundations formation and administration
- Changes to the company's structure
- Preparing srike-off, liquidation
- Preparation of corporate documents
- Perform duties regarding the record-keeping of all corporate documents of the Company in accordance with the legal requirements (paper file and electronic records)
- Liaising with local authorities: Registrar, Tax, Court, Migration
- Liaising with registered agents from other jurisdictions
- Leasing with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, notary officers, massagers
- Billing and invoicing client
Your profile:
- You are legally able to work in Cyprus
- You have a degree - bachelor in law would be an advantage
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as corporate administrator (in ASP firm as an advantage)
- Good working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office programs (knowledge of Lotus Notes as an advantage)
- Fluent in Russian and English (Greek as an advantage)
Full-time employment with a working schedule of 9 am - 6 pm with lunch 1 hour
