Our client, a boutique Corporate Service provider in Limassol is looking to hire a Russian speaking Corporate Administrator

You will be responsible for

  • CY, BVI, Seychelles, Marshall Iceland’s, Hong Kong, Singapore companies formation and administration 
  • Trusts and foundations formation and administration 
  • Changes to the company's structure 
  • Preparing srike-off, liquidation 
  • Preparation of corporate documents 
  • Perform duties regarding the record-keeping of all corporate documents of the Company in accordance with the legal requirements  (paper file and electronic records) 
  • Liaising with local authorities: Registrar, Tax, Court, Migration 
  • Liaising with  registered agents from other jurisdictions 
  • Leasing with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, notary officers, massagers 
  • Billing and invoicing client 

Your profile: 

  • You are legally able to work in Cyprus 
  • You have a degree - bachelor in law would be an advantage 
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as corporate administrator (in ASP firm as an advantage) 
  • Good working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office programs (knowledge of Lotus Notes as an advantage) 
  • Fluent in Russian and English (Greek as an advantage) 

Full-time employment with a working schedule of 9 am - 6 pm with lunch 1 hour
