Megabet Plus, the biggest gaming company in Cyprus is looking to recruit a Online Manager.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Defining the online strategy and ensuring its proper execution and reporting on the results
• Create the best offers on the most interesting sport events.
• Set up and monitor information flow within CRM.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of all on-line actions
• Manage new customer launches ensuring each new client is managed effectively through initial launch and ongoing operations
• Analyse competitor practices and identify new opportunities/technologies for the promotion of the online website.
• Increasing the incomes of the website and developing the offer of the online products
• Working closely with the operations teams to ensure that site experience and customer journeys

 
Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in an Online department or E-Commerce
• Experience of working with sportsbook providers will be considered an advantage
• Good overall knowledge of Sports is required
• Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory. 
• Strong communications skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
