Job Responsibilities:

• The main focus is to increase our company’s market share by bringing in new casino/sports affiliate deals.
• Promote our affiliate program and conclude deals that will make a ROI.
• Manage and develop the top affiliates for ATMBET in the Online Casino and
  Sportsbook sectors.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness
• Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers
• Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network

Primary Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field;
• 5+ years digital sales/marketing experience;
• Experience/understanding of organic paid search, affiliate, and referral traffic sources
• Leadership qualities, able to build, lead and inspire a high-performing team;
• Strong analytic skills, interpret data, and develop actionable insights;
• Strategic thinker, able to anticipate, think critically, evaluate, and act;
• iGaming experience of affiliation is a big plus
