Advance Career, on behalf of our clients, a Forex Company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit Russian or Arabic speaking Call Monitoring Officers;

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring recorded calls on a daily basis

• Quality Assurance Performance

• Identify breaches of the company’s internal procedures and relevant regulations.

• Ensuring that the company is compliant with the regulatory framework on all levels.

• Report and escalate issues as necessary to the compliance department and to the management.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Russian / Arabic - both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated work experience in a call monitoring/Compliance role.

• University degree in Law, Finance, Economics or in a similar discipline will be considered an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
