CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a PSP & Financial Analyst to join their team. The successful applicant must hold a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally working within the Finance, Reconciliations and/or Back-Office team of a Payment Service Provider (PSP). Excellent communications skills in English are a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Obtaining, transforming, and processing electronic product data files from vendors.
• Perform research, reconciliation and resolution of all account discrepancies that originate from customer error, sales error, vendor issues, etc…
• Analyse customer account issues to determine source causes to contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Initiate changes that drive efficiencies while continuing a balanced relationship with all parties.
• Download and process data from multiple sources.
• Create reconciliation files in Excel using advanced functions.
• Reconcile payments received against statements from PSP.
• Monitoring accuracy of fees deduction and rolling reserve from the PSP and banks/wallets.
• Prepare monthly reports for management based on cash flow of the group.
• Prepare monthly expenses report for the group.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• Degree holder in Economics/ Finance/ Business/ Statistics or any other relevant field.
• At least 1 years of experience in a Finance, Reconciliation, Back Office position or any other relevant field.
• Solid numeracy skills.
• Strong Problem-Solving ability.
• Previous experience in PSP, electronic payments is a must.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Excellent business written and verbal communications skills.
• Detail oriented, highly analytical and a perfectionist.
• A fun and communicative team player.
