ZenFinex’s award winning FCA regulated broker operations team, with multiple exciting role opportunities, is now open the position of Data Analyst.

The main responsibilities are: 

• Responsible for generating and delivering high-quality reports, dashboards and other BI solutions that will allow departments to visualize, interact and draw meaningful conclusion from data
• Works in collaboration with other departments to automate reports and internal processes/workflows
• Support ad-hoc reporting
• Proactively performs analysis of complex datasets to identify trends and insights that can help the management take better decisions
• Trains end users on new reports, dashboards, and data analytics tools
• Proactively identifies gaps and areas of improvement related to data analytics
• Uses advanced analytics such as data mining and machine learning to predict future outcomes
• Works with managers and stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and desired outcomes
• Gather data from various sources
• Assist in the development of data models to interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
• Maintain data models, by implementing the required changes/additions and improving the efficiency of data processing
• Write documentation on the developed data models
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

The key requirements are:

• Fluent verbal and written English
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail
• Ability to deliver solutions with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner
• BSc/MSc Degree on of the following areas: Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent
• Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge and experience in the trading /financial industry or in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• Experience with MS Power BI or any other BI tool will be considered an advantage
