Deals offers complete and effective solutions, advice and support, industry and market knowledge, from initiation through to deal completion.

This opportunity involves being part of the leading and truly dedicated real estate advisory team of PwC Cyprus as a Manager or Senior Manager, providing you with the opportunity to work together with high calibre and experienced property professionals with a range of professional backgrounds in the built environment.

Main responsibilities 

• Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements and identify, design, and implement creative real estate solutions 

• Undertake M&A advisory work and transaction support services in the Real Estate and Hospitality & Leisure sectors

• Assist clients in capital raising and implementation of go-to-market strategies

• Financial modelling for real estate developments and income generating assets

• Conduct development consulting assignments which involves conceptualising development prospects that create value and liquidity, through highest and best use analysis

• Manage advisory valuation assignments for a range of Real Estate and Hospitality & Leisure assets

• Provide transaction due diligence for clients acquiring or disposing real estate portfolios or assets

• Developing business plans and turnaround strategies

• Preparation of client deliverables and presentation of findings to clients

• Coach and develop more junior members of the team

What we are looking for 

• 7+ years of relevant experience (Prior Real Estate experience is vital)

• Professional qualification in a property-related field such as Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) will be considered an advantage

• Previous experience in the provision of corporate finance and transaction advisory services

• Strong communication, analytical and data organisation/interpretation skills

• Versatility and ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and work under pressure

• Dynamic with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results

• Expert proficiency with tools such as Excel 

• Fluent in Greek and English
