Our Legal department is expanding tremendously over the past years, we’re on a mission to find a talented Legal Counsel with a strong on B2C support.

The Legal Counsel will have to strengthen the support provided by the Legal Department to the various B2C related departments in Exness. This includes legal work in relation to revision/drafting/negotiation of agreements and provision of legal advice in the area of digital marketing, digital affiliates and legal support in relation marketing campaigns.

To achieve this we are looking for a lawyer with experience from the financial services or digital marketing industry who is commercially oriented and eager to learn and understand our business and the services we provide. 

In addition, excellent people skills are needed to be able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders in and outside the group. 

Our selected candidate will report into the Lead of the B2C Division of the Legal Department. 

The role will be full time and be based in Limassol, Cyprus

The full requirements are: 

• Minimum 5 years legal experience working with in the financial services or digital marketing industry, either from a law firm or from in-house positions, in the global digital marketplace
• Experience from working hands-on in or with international digital companies
• Strong project and process management skills
• A commercial mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Wanted but not necessary is:

• Holder of at least a University degree in Law (LLB) 
• Experience from from working in or with owner led organisations
• Experience from CFD/FX or digital marketing sector
• Verbally proficient in the Russian language
