Our company is looking for an in-house lawyer preferably specialized in Real Estate.

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

• University Degree in Law (LLB).

• Cyprus Bar Exams.

• LLM in Law or similar professional qualifications (e.g., Barrister at Law/LPC) will be considered an advantage.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role in Cyprus.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• Fluent business level in English and Greek language.

• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team player, ability to take initiative, highly motivated.

• Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft and review various legal documents and contracts.

• Performing legal research and preparing relevant reports for the management team or the Department that she/he is assigned to.

• Other departmental duties as assigned by the responsible Manager.
