Prime Property Group is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Junior Civil Engineer.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Take off quantities
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedules to achieve an economical bar cutting, reducing the bar cutting wastages
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
• Track changes in BOQ
• Evaluate variation orders

Requirements for the position:

• Minimum 2 years’ of experience in construction
• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Ability to work under pressure and keep strict deadlines
• Knowledge Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Projects
• Knowledge of principles and methods of measurement
• Ability to read drawings
• Knowledge of engineering principles and basic technical responsibilities within the civil engineering discipline
• Fluent English and Greek is a must
