Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex Company located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Back Office Officer;

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling clients’ balances and accounts
  • Approve Clients Documents Deposits and Withdrawals
  • Communicating with clients via email for any inquiries related to their deposits, account opening and withdrawals
  • Comply with Cysec regulations and Company’s internal policies and procedures in regards to client’s documentation process (KYC)/Worldcheck
  • Experience in payments/PSPs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Finance Business or Professional qualifications in Accounting will be considered as an advantage
  • 1 year+ previous work experience in Forex Back Office Officer
  • Fluency in English Language
  • Computer Literate with Word and Excel Spreadsheets
  • Work fast and accurately under pressure
  • Demonstrate professionalism and work ethic, Self-motivation and a Desire to succeed
