Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex Organization in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Payroll Officer;
Responsibilities:
- In charge of administrating the full cycle of the Payroll Process
- Process and execute the company’s payroll every pay period.
- Liaise with Social Insurances, Tax Department and all other related professional bodies
- Accurately ensure calculations of salaries, taxation, provident fund, GESY, benefits, etc.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports in accordance with the provided standards and regulations.
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
- Maintain the company’s payroll processing system.
- Record, gather, calculate, and input data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain Salary records accordingly.
- Provide the employees with all necessary relevant documentation (pay slip etc.)
- Adequately collaborate with other departments when necessary.
- Respond to employees’ inquiries regarding payroll.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Greek will be a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll officer, preferably with the Fintech industry, is mandatory
- Advanced Mathematical and Excel Skills.
- Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of the PremierSoft payroll software
- Excellent knowledge of the Labor Law and Payroll procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels
