SILICONBLUE Corp. LTD, importer and authorized Distributor in Greece and Cyprus, for Brother, Acer, Thermaltake, Ednet and other brands, wishes to employ Computer Technicians for a full time job, at the IT Support team.

The Computer Technicians will be responsible for providing technical support via telephone, remotely or visiting site location, for problems on PCs, Servers, Computers, Software and Networking environments.

Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Diploma in Information Technology or any other related field
• Any of the following certifications will be considered as an advantage:  CCNA / MCSA | Office 365 | Azure
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing solving hardware or software faults
• Providing support remotely or locally to end users
• Knowledge and experience of Windows O/S
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of Network environments and related topics
• Strong commitment to teamwork
• Creative Thinking
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Organizing and Developing Sales network
• Driving License
• Military obligations fulfilled
• Previous experience in similar position and Windows Server administration, will be considered a plus
