Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily store’s operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Develop business strategies in order to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Train, mentor, motivate and offer constructive feedback to the team
• Ensure high level customers’ satisfaction through excellent service
• Recruit new employees

The ideal candidate should have:

• Leadership skills and business orientation
• Customer service orientation with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for technology
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and oftentimes high-pressure environment
• Team spirit
• Learning agility

Additionally

• University Degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail environment or sales field with team management responsibilities
• Proven experience as a Store Manager (will be an asset)
• Excellent use of English language and computer knowledge
• Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs
