Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Managing the Retention Sales Department.
• Providing information and education for the Retention Agents and Team Leaders regarding our products.
• Building and maintaining a strong, long-lasting and motivated Retention Department.
• Conducting training for Retention Agents. 
• Meeting the core values of the company on a daily basis.

Candidate Profile:

• Native or fluent in the Italian language. Additional European languages would be considered as an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Forex Industry. 
• Success and target oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Self-motivated and dynamic.
