Job Functions:

  • organization of HR document flow
  • preparation of personnel documents
  • Internal HR system maintenance
  • producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • organising and attending meetings, prepare meetings' minutes
  • fulfillment of orders and tasks of the CEO

Requirements:

  • Master or bachelor degree
  • similar experince in International company from 2 years
  • Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level and above
  • Proficiency in Russian
  • Activity, result-oriented, attentiveness, responsibility, punctuality, the ability to build effective communication
