Job Functions:
- organization of HR document flow
- preparation of personnel documents
- Internal HR system maintenance
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- organising and attending meetings, prepare meetings' minutes
- fulfillment of orders and tasks of the CEO
Requirements:
- Master or bachelor degree
- similar experince in International company from 2 years
- Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level and above
- Proficiency in Russian
- Activity, result-oriented, attentiveness, responsibility, punctuality, the ability to build effective communication
