Oropay is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Manage entire business development process from lead generations to closing transactions

• Arrange and implement networking and marketing activities to produce targets

• Proactively seeking new business opportunities by means of networking and referrals

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships

• Understanding the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively to their needs

• Planning and overseeing new marketing intitiatives

• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, be able to identify and develop the Companys unique selling propositions

• Act as a stakeholder for business development projects

• Present the Companys business strategy to new and existing clients

• Liaise with relevant department in order to proceed with documentation

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business or Finance

• 3+ years work experience in a similar position

• Broad market knowledge of EMI would be considered an advantage

• Strong portfolio of clients

• Ability to travel

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills with the ability to present information

• Effective time management skills

• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, verbal and written

• Dedicated and trustworthy person
