EDUCATIONAL BACKROUND/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in similar position in a 4 or 3 star Hotel.
• Excellent command of English Language and any other language such as Russian and German is regarded as an advantage
• Good working knowledge of Front Office System Fidelio
• Leadership skills

PURPOSE

To ensure the good communication, co-operation and control of the Departments within the Hotel’s Room Division, comprising Front Office (Reception and Reservations), Housekeeping and Linenkeeping to maintain the smooth operation of the division and provide the highest standard of services to all the guests in accordance with the hotel standard.

Προσόντα

• Απαραίτητη Προυπηρεσία με τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια στην θέση.
• Η άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας και οποιασδήποτε άλλης γλώσσας όπως η Ρωσική και η Γερμανική θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα
• Πανεπιστημιακό πτυχίο διοίκησης ή συναφών τομέων
• Καλή γνώση του συστήματος “Fidelio”
• Ηγετικές ικανότητες

Καθήκοντα

Επιβλέπει το τμήμα υποδοχής του ξενοδοχείου, το τμήμα κρατήσεων και τις ομάδες τμημάτων οροφοκομίας και λινοθήκης. Αναφέρει στον Γενικό Διευθυντή και διαδραματίζει σημαντικό ρόλο στη διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
