The Immigration Consultant main role is to act as the medium for the customer and handle all issues that may occur in relation to their employee’s relocation by assisting them to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation. The immigration consultant is also the designated person to register new companies for foreigners and be the liaising person to oversee the administration procedure till completion.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Immigration Consultant must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team.
• The Consultant must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues, and authorities.
• The Consultant must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
• The consultant must be responsible for their workload and able to work on their own initiative.
• You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.
• Greek / English fluency essential and knowledge of the Russian Language will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
• An educational background in legal or business studied will be considered as an advantage.

Remuneration and working hours

Greek and English both oral and writing is a must

8.15 -1.15pm & 3.15 -6.15pm

Salary range depending on skills/experience.

Performance based bonus at end of year
