Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex Company located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer;

Responsibilities:
The Compliance Officer will be accountable to the Head Of Compliance
Develop and Implement the Company’s AML/CFT Compliance Policies, and procedures to fully comply with regulations and CySEC’s requirements
Adopt existing and new regulations advising company’s officers
Analyze changes/amendments in laws and/or regulations and ensure the company’s compliance reporting their effects to Senior Management
Provide daily Compliance support to company’s departments
Maintain the accuracy of compliance records, tests and training materials
Receive monitor and respond to clients’ complaints
Review marketing, advertising material and publications advising on amendments needed
Call monitoring
Prepare and Implement the Annual Compliance Program according to CySEC Compliance Guidelines
CySEC Reporting Obligations

Qualifications:
University degree in Law or related fields
2 years minimum Compliance experience within a Cyprus regulated Investment Firm
Good knowledge of CySEC regulations for Investment Firms
Fluency in English and Greek
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Knowledge of KYC management and compliance
Holder of CySEC Advance Certificate (must)
Holder of AML Certificate (optional)
