MPX is a fast growing, innovative service provider Company with an International Exposure. The Company is established in Limassol with more than 70 employees.

We are growing and seeking to hire French speakers to assist clients in a daily basis via chat and email.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to players via live chat and emails
  • Document and delegate in-game bugs and other issues
  • Troubleshoot new issues directly with our players
  • Interact with various departments (VIP, Marketing, and other) to improve gameplay for players
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc projects within the Department

Requirements:

  • Native/ Fluent in French Language
  • Experience or Understanding of the gaming sector will be considered as advantage
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concise in English
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Showing empathy and understanding
  • Patience and attentiveness
  • Attention to Detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Able to work in shifts (9h00 – 17h30, 12h30 – 21h00, 14h45 – 23h00)
