We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the growing support team of our web-based entertainment project. The company offers an excellent working environment, a competitive remuneration package, and the chance to work for a developing international company.

The candidate must have EU work permit.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints via LiveChat;
  • Ability to replicate technical issues reported by users and provide prompt and accurate feedback to them;
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. QA);
  • Report bugs according to company internal standards in Jira Ticketing system;
  • Ability to adapt to our ever changing and updating product;
  • Report abnormal increase of Technical issues to direct manager;
  • Support and develop internal knowledge base.

Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in weekly shift cycles (also nights and weekends);
  • Technical knowledge and IT background and previous experience in Customer/Technical Support;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian;
  • Experience with Agile development/testing processes;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.
  • Able to work legally in Cyprus without the need to obtain a work permit
