We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the growing support team of our web-based entertainment project. The company offers an excellent working environment, a competitive remuneration package, and the chance to work for a developing international company.
The candidate must have EU work permit.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints via LiveChat;
- Ability to replicate technical issues reported by users and provide prompt and accurate feedback to them;
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. QA);
- Report bugs according to company internal standards in Jira Ticketing system;
- Ability to adapt to our ever changing and updating product;
- Report abnormal increase of Technical issues to direct manager;
- Support and develop internal knowledge base.
Candidate Profile:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule in weekly shift cycles (also nights and weekends);
- Technical knowledge and IT background and previous experience in Customer/Technical Support;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian;
- Experience with Agile development/testing processes;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.
- Able to work legally in Cyprus without the need to obtain a work permit
