Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, have an exciting opportunity for a Group Chief Financial Officer to join a leading independent real estate asset management firm based in Nicosia. 

Responsibilities

• You will oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met in line with the Company policies and procedures.
• Oversee and prepare the profitability, management accounts, financial statements, reconciliations and other.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Oversee external audit process in coordination with the Internal Auditor.
• Perform financial risk management by performing analysis of investments, projected income, and expenditure.
• Supervise all Finance Department personnel in all countries of operation.
• Manage vendor & subcontractor relationships.
• Review financial reports and source ways to optimise financial performance.

Requirements

• University Degree in BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is considered an advantage ACCA qualified.
• Demonstrated work experience as a Chief Financial Officer of at least 2-4 years.
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in Greek and English
