Vessel supply assistant

EAP Marine LTD is seeking to recruit a Vessel Supply Assistant for full-time employment.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Very good command of the English and Greek Languages, both written and verbal
• Able to work within a team and be part of it
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work extra hours when needed
• Time management Skills
• Driving License (B)
• Clean Criminal record 
• Any previous experience in a similar position or in shipping will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, etc.) will be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver provisions and other stores as required
• Preparation of orders and deliver to ship.
• To follow up quotations, inquiries, and orders.
• Work in close contact with the purchasing dept.
• To ensure the smooth flow of the operations
• Working after normal working hours to process an urgent inquiry/quotation/delivery

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: Based on candidates qualifications and experience
• 13th salary
• 21 days’ annual leave
• Participation in various seminars as required
• Overtime working hours will be paid
• Training period will be provided
