• Native or fluent in Polish language. Any other languages would be considered as an advantage.

• Previous experience in the Forex Industry would be considered as an advantage.

• Success and target oriented.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Computer literate.

• Self-motivated and dynamic.

• Located in Cyprus

Duties:

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

• Generating sales leads that develop into new customers

• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
