What will your job look like?

• Provide process facilitation and challenge resolutions
• Respond efficiently to internal customers and vendors' inquiries and maintain high satisfaction
• Work in accordance to purchasing and finance global policies and standards
• Translation of the requestors purchasing need to purchase request and work with the relevant parties in order to promote the request process in the most accurate way
• Open purchase orders according to the instructions and procedures
• Track invoice approval processes and confirm payment completion
• Identify, assess and solve complex business problems across the P2P function, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, escalations
• Follow and implement procurement & finance strategic guidelines, standards and controls 
• Build and develop a strong partnership with our internal company procurement partners
• Provide Global Procurement reporting and analytics and coordinate with global functions
• Operate within and in accordance with help-desk published service level agreements

All you need is....

• At least 2 years of experience in Procure to Pay processes, within global companies
• Functional knowledge of the Procure to Pay lifecycle
• P2P business process/operations experience within a shared service center environment
• SAP MM and FI modules knowledge & experience are an advantage
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with Senior Management
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
