Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Compliance Assistant;

Responsibilities:

• Providing general compliance support to CIFs and other investment firms globally
• Assisting with the compliance monitoring program and performing compliance checks
• Assisting compliance departments of CIFs and other investment firms with the implementation of the applicable regulation requirements
• Assisting with the drafting of annual reports and other submissions to the regulators
• Monitoring complaints handling procedures and drafting response to regulators and other authorities
• Providing training to call centre departments
• Provide training to the call monitoring team and assisting with the overall improvement of the department
• Reviewing marketing material and liaising with marketing department for potential changes

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year compliance experience within the financial services sector, in a Cyprus Investment Firm (forex)
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure to deadlines
• Confident in dealing with new people and clients
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Fluent in English
